The MOIRÉ is our everyday shopper, and it does two things: you can carry it by hand using the two leather handles, or transform it into a backpack in no time at all with the adjustable straps. You can simply switch whenever it suits you—for example, carry it by hand to the office and on your back while cycling home.

On the outside, it features two deep, open pockets; on the inside, a small pocket and a carabiner for your keys. A drawstring at the top closes the shopper so that nothing falls out while cycling. The MOIRÉ is crafted from half-linen, a water-repellent blend of linen and organic cotton, with handles made of vegetable-tanned leather. It is lightweight, robust, and accompanies you to work, your weekly grocery run, and everywhere in between.

Carry
You can carry the MOIRÉ in your hand using the two leather handles or as a backpack using the adjustable webbing straps. Inside and out, there is a small pocket and a carabiner for your keys. On the outside, the shopper has two deep, open pockets. Closure

Material & Care

Half-linen
Half-linen is a blend of linen and organic cotton, woven and dyed in Germany. The linen provides its natural strength, while the organic cotton offers softness. The fabric is water-repellent, durable, and pleasantly lightweight.

Care: First, brush off loose dirt while dry. Remove small stains with a slightly damp microfiber cloth, preferably without using any soap at all. For a more thorough cleaning, work in a little mild soapy water (a mild shampoo or wool detergent works well) with a soft brush and then wipe off with clear water so that no soap residue remains in the fabric. Pat the fabric dry with a towel and let it air dry, keeping it away from radiators and direct heat.
Please do not wash the half-linen in the machine.

Vegetable-tanned leather
The handles are made of vegetable-tanned leather from Belgium. Over time, they will become softer and develop a patina that deepens through touch, light, and use.
Care: Wipe the leather with a slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt. You can even out water spots or dry patches by rubbing the damp cloth over the spot and the surrounding area. About once a year, the leather appreciates a natural, colorless leather wax or oil to nourish and protect it. Be careful not to get any on the fabric, as it can leave stains there.

Webbing and hardware
The webbing for the adjustable straps comes from Belgium; it is tightly woven and very durable. The carabiner is made of aluminum.
Care: The webbing and hardware do not require any special care. If necessary, simply wipe them off with a damp cloth.

Natural materials
change over time. Colors can darken slightly or become softer, and that is precisely what shows what your bag is made of.
