For this limited edition of the MOIRÉ, Berlin-based designer Raby-Florence Fofana has created the
print. Her abstract compositions and patterns have accompanied us through several
collaborations, and on the large shopper, they have plenty of room to make an impact.
Because the print falls a little differently on each bag during cutting, every single one is
unique.
It is built exactly like our MOIRÉ: You can carry it by hand using the leather handles, or on your back using the adjustable straps. The fabric is different: It is water-repellent and woven in Portugal from SEAQUAL INITIATIVE yarn, which is made from plastic recovered from the ocean.

Carrying
You can carry the MOIRÉ by its two leather handles or as a backpack using the adjustable
webbing straps.
Interior
Inside there are three small pockets and a snap hook for keys.
Closure
Snap fasteners along the top edge keep the shopper closed.
MATERIAL & CARE
Recycled Polyester
The fabric is woven in Portugal from SEAQUAL INITIATIVE yarn. For this, plastic is collected
from the ocean, cleaned, and spun into new yarn. The fabric is water-repellent and
durable.
Care: Brush off loose dirt when dry and remove small stains with a damp
microfiber cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, treat the fabric with a soft
brush, water, and some mild soap, then rinse with clear water. Ensure that the leather
handles remain dry. Blot the fabric dry with a towel and let it air dry, away from radiators
and direct heat.
Vegetable-tanned leather
The handles are made of vegetable-tanned leather from Belgium. Over time, they will soften
and develop a patina that deepens with touch, light, and use.
Care: Wipe the leather with a slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt.
Balance out water spots or dry areas by rubbing the damp cloth over the spot and the area
around it. About once a year, the leather will appreciate a natural, colorless leather wax or
oil to nourish and protect it. Make sure none of it gets on the fabric, as it can leave stains.
Webbing and hardware
The webbing for the adjustable straps comes from Belgium; it is tightly woven and very
durable. Snap fasteners keep the top edge closed, and the snap hook is made of aluminum.
Care: Webbing and hardware do not require special care. If necessary, wipe them
with a damp cloth.
Natural materials change over time. Colors may darken slightly or soften, and that is exactly
where the quality of your bag's materials shows.
