The REGATA is inspired by the everyday plastic bag. We have translated its familiar shape into a clean, calm handbag that you will love to pick up every day.
The REGATA is made from a single piece of fabric, leaving no waste behind.
From the piece that would otherwise be scrap, we sew a small zippered pouch that hangs from a leather loop on the inside and can be detached. The shoulder straps are bound with soft, vegetable-tanned leather.
The REGATA is made of water-repellent organic cotton, woven and dyed in Germany, and sewn in our studio in Berlin.

MATERIAL & CARE
Organic Cotton
The fabric is water-repellent organic cotton, woven and dyed in Germany. It is robust yet feels pleasantly soft.
Care: Simply brush off loose dirt. Remove small stains with a damp microfiber cloth. For a more thorough cleaning, work in some mild soapy water with a soft brush and then wipe off with clear water. Afterward, let it air dry completely.
Vegetable-Tanned Leather
The shoulder straps are bound with vegetable-tanned leather from Spain. It is soft from the start and develops a patina over time that deepens through touch, light, and use.
Care: Wipe the leather with a slightly damp cloth to remove surface dirt. You can even out water spots or dry areas by rubbing the damp cloth over the spot and the surrounding area. About once a year, the leather appreciates a natural, colorless leather wax or oil to nourish and protect it. Be careful not to get any on the fabric, as it can leave stains there.
Natural materials change over time. Colors may darken slightly or soften, and that is exactly what shows what your bag is made of.
