We make things to last. But if something is not right, we want to make it easy to return.

Your right to return

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, please contact us within that period by email or letter:

You do not need to use a specific form. A clear written statement is sufficient. You are welcome to use the withdrawal form at the bottom of this page if you prefer.

Your return window is met as long as you send your withdrawal notice before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds

Once you have notified us of your return, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, within 14 days. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back and inspected their condition. We will use the same payment method you used for your original purchase, at no additional cost to you.

Please return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Please handle the goods with care. You will only be liable for any reduction in value if that reduction results from handling beyond what is necessary to assess the condition, properties and function of the item.

Custom orders

Custom made orders, pieces made to your individual configuration, are not eligible for return. This is because each piece is made specifically for you.
