Custom Made

Make it yours.

Custom Made is one of the most loved parts of what we do. You choose the fabric combinations, the colour combinations, the details. We make the bag in our Berlin studio, with the same care as everything else we produce.

How it works

1. Choose your bag. Browse the products available as custom orders below. The construction stays the same as the standard version. Only the fabric and colour combination changes.

2. Choose your fabrics. Each bag has a set of fabric panels that can be made in different colours or materials. Pick what you'd like for each, and we'll combine them into your bag.

3. Order swatches (optional but recommended). Before committing, we offer a fabric swatch kit for €7. You see and feel the materials in person, so colours don't surprise you.

A note on colours: they can vary between screens and devices. In practice, our customers are rarely disappointed from screen to bag, but the swatch kit removes any doubt.

4. Place your order. Once you're happy with your combination, place the order. We'll get to work in the studio.

5. Receive your custom bag within four to six weeks. Each one made specifically for you.

A few things to know

Production time. Custom orders take four to six weeks from the time we receive your order. If you need it sooner, get in touch and we'll do our best.

Returns. Because each custom bag is made specifically for you, custom orders are not eligible for return. The fabric swatch kit exists to remove uncertainty before you commit.

Try the standard first. If you'd like to test the size or design before committing to a custom order, you're welcome to order a standard version and return it. When you then place your custom order, no additional shipping charges will apply.
