We ship worldwide from our Berlin studio using DHL.

Dispatch times

In-stock items are prepared for dispatch within five working days. Out-of-stock items are typically available within four to six weeks.

Shipping costs

• Germany: €6.00 up to 5kg / €8.00 over 5kg
• EU: €13.00
• World: €45.00

For very large orders, shipping may be recalculated. We'll let you know in advance.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched. For international shipments, DHL may hand over to a local carrier upon arrival in your country. From that point onwards, tracking may no longer be available.

Express shipping

Express delivery is available on request. Please get in touch for an individual quote.

Duties & taxes

Any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country are the responsibility of the customer.
